Terms and Agreement for yard services between 

All Is Well Lawn Care and to its customers. 

Closed during Holiday only in November, December & January

CUSTOMER AND CONTRACTOR

The customer and contractor hereby agree to the following terms:

The contractor is to provide lawn maintenance including listed on Free Quote, Yard Elevation and/or any services made applicable and outlined for the customer's mentioned property.

Agreement

  • Customers receive regular yard care service maintenance by the contractor.

  • The customer will grant the Contractor access to the lawn during service business hours for Monday- Friday (7:30 am - to - closing) and Saturday (8:30 am - to - closing) PST.

  • Contractor will provide all labor and equipment to perform a scheduled service choice of one of the following: MONTH-TO-MONTH/ BI-WEEKLY/ WEEKLY and service one of the following: Partial Service - one yard only /Full Service - front sides and backyard. With the requirements herein specified on yard elevation.

  • Customers will pay the Contractor for any additional maintenance or repair that may become required for the lawn to sustain an acceptable appearance. 

  • The contractor shall bill the Customer for the cost of work which is above and beyond the reasonable normal maintenance of the lawn.

  • Any additional services added to this agreement may result in a fee of $10.00 or more per added services. 

  • Any agreements made for Bi-weekly will only receive 2 days of services each scheduled month.

  • Any agreements made for Weekly services will only receive 4 days of services each scheduled month.

 

CANCELLATION / REFUND

  • Service may NOT be available on RAINING or HOT DAYS of 90’ or above. Services will be provided 1 to 3 following business days.

  • All customer party/s may cancel this service. Customer supplying a notice of cancellation on a specified date to the contractor, with at least THREE DAY’S NOTICE prior to the stated date of the cancellation. 

  • If there is any litigation between the Contractor, the remaining payment/s of unproform services as dated in this contract shall be fully reimbursed with same of payment type form

  • With acknowledgement and agreement of all contracts are Monthly locked and non refundable by the customer. Cancellation by customer in written statement or in any other form including online social media, phone, text, email, Etc.

 

REFER-A-FRIEND PROGRAM

(Max amount of $50.00 a year in referral program.) (Available for contracted / binding customers ONLY) 

The program rewards $10.00 for each new referral.  When you refer friends, family, colleagues or neighbors, with word-of-mouth, email, phone call, text message or on social media. Now as the binding customer you are rewarded with the amount of $10.00 off of the next scheduled payment date.

  1. You must SHARE YOUR NAME (shown on your quote, invoice, binding agreement or contract.)

  2. Your NAME will be used as a reference code for new customer REFERRAL.

  3. Only after referral completes a binding agreement or contract, you are credited next month of service.

 

Rewards when you LEAVE A REVIEW

(Available for contracted/binding agreement customers ONLY) Customer is rewarded for leaving an online review (on review page only for on online websites). Share message and/or photos about service. The amount of $5.00 will be credited to the next scheduled payment date. (Name must match as shown on the binding agreement or contract.) reward available for per review (of up to $15.00 in total lifetime).

 

CORRECTION NOTICE

Customers must contact the contractor within the first 24 hours after lawn maintenance, in order to receive any lawn corrections. Any and all maintenance needed for correction will be available on the following business day, during regular business hours.  Correction services will not be available if asked by customers/agreement customers after 24 hours (1 day after) of service day. 

 

CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION

customers/agreement: will receive an alert asking for confirmation to continue service. customers/agreement customers will be alerted for payment 24 hours (1 day) before service date. customers/agreement customers will be notified upon contractors arrival to location/property.

First come, first service. Customers may pay higher fees due to local financial changes after one year of service (I.E. Local gas prices rise, weed spray, labor fees, Etc.)
